Pure Gel (In vitro)

IN VITRO EVALUATION OF REGENERATING ACTIVITY

Purpose of the test
The test was conducted on human fibroblasts (NHDF) cultured in DMEM (Dulbecco's modified Eagle medium). The aim of the test was to evaluate whether pure Aquavis gel, at different concentrations, could stimulate protein production in vitro. This ability is believed to make pure Aquavis gel a potential regenerative agent in vivo.

Evidence
Pure Aquavis gel significantly increases protein content at tested concentrations of 1.0, 0.5, and 0.25 mg/ml after 24 hours of contact. After 24 hours, a product concentration of 0.25 mg/ml produced +491 TP3T of protein.

Conclusions
The results obtained demonstrate a REGENERATING EFFECT In vitro studies of the pure Aquavis gel product. The tested product significantly increased the protein content in human fibroblast cultures.
